Sorted, I found another add-on called moztraybiff. Unfortunately if disables the new mail notification, but should change the icon when I get new mail. Let’s just see eh?

I just had a quick look to find a nicer theme for Thunderbird and maybe an add-on to minimise to tray. I was quite annoyed to find, as I have in the past with certain themes and that, this:
