I’m very very sorry to say that I just edited a picture in Micrsoft Paint on my virtual machine (running Win 2K) because it was quicker than loading and using the GIMP.

Something I seem to have neglected to mention in my posts about freedom is Adobe Flash. This is a facility that is available for Linux but the Adobe version, which is needed for YouTube etc, is not open source. This is another situation where I am torn about whether to stop using it or not. [...]
